How it works
- Tap Omni and talk about the day, the way you would tell a colleague.
- Omni asks about anything missing (crew, deliveries, problems, visitors, photos) and fills in the log. Weather is added automatically.
- Sign the log and it is sent to the client, who can acknowledge it or comment. A PDF is one tap away.
What it does
- Daily logs by voice: work done, crew and hours, deliveries, problems, expected problems, visitors and photos.
- Answers questions from your own data: past logs, the calendar, who is on site, documents.
- Projects with their logs, documents, team, finances, timeline (Gantt chart) and calendar.
- Weekly summaries written by Omni from the daily logs.
- Start a project from its files: Omni reads the contract, plans and schedule and fills in the project.
- Notes and reminders that Omni takes during calls (deliveries, inspections, problems to solve).
- An overview of today across every site: which logs are written and which are missing.
What it is not
Not a general chat assistant: Omni works with your projects, logs and calendar. Not accounting or design (BIM) software.
