Terms of use

The service

Omnilog helps construction teams write, share and send daily site logs, including voice input with an AI assistant, photos, documents and offline use. The service is currently in beta and free of charge. If paid plans are introduced we will tell you in advance; you will not be charged without agreeing.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us if you think your account has been misused. You are responsible for what happens in your account. One account per person; do not share accounts.

Your content

Logs, photos, documents and other content you add remain yours. You give us permission to store, process and display them only as needed to run the service for you and the people you share projects with. You confirm you have the right to upload the content, including photos of people.

AI-generated text

The assistant turns speech into text and fills in log fields. It can make mistakes. Check every log before you save or send it; you are responsible for the accuracy of your logs and reports.

Signing a daily log

When you sign a daily log, you confirm that you have read the whole log, including any part written or suggested by Omni, our AI assistant; that you understand its contents; and that, to the best of your knowledge and belief, it is accurate, complete and a true record of the work and events on site on that day. Your signature is recorded with your name and the time of signing. A signed log can no longer be changed: any correction is added as a separate, dated entry. You are responsible for the content of the logs you sign.

Acceptable use

• Do not break the law, infringe others' rights, or upload malware.
• Do not use the email feature to send unsolicited messages.
• Do not try to access other people's projects or data, or to overload or reverse-engineer the service.

Availability

We work to keep Omnilog available and your data safe, but during the beta the service is provided "as is", without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. Keep copies of documents you are legally required to retain.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Hungarian law, such as for intentional or grossly negligent conduct or harm to life, body or health.

Ending your use

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that seriously break these terms, after notice where possible.

Changes and law

We will tell you about important changes to these terms at least 15 days in advance. Hungarian law applies. Contact: hello@omnilog-ai.com.
